The staff are all very kind to my mam. Her main carer comes most days so she is very comfortable with her. She is helped with bathing and put to bed/helped out of bed daily and other small tasks. Medication is administered safely. I am very satisfied. Thank you.

My Homecare provides professional care with a sympathetic well trained friendly care team for whom we are full of praise. The management team adapt to the changing needs and the carers manage their tasks efficiently and sympathetically whilst respecting our privacy. Timekeeping can be a challenge on the odd occasion, however, a phone call when emergencies arise with the care team is helpful and reassuring.

The care provided by My Homecare Redbridge was exceptional. The carer was very good with Mum and she provided her with all the care she needed and treated her with dignity and respect.
I felt really reassured knowing that Mum was being cared for properly.

My mother seems very happy with the carers that visit her. They always treat her with respect. They always ring myself or my sister if there have been any concerns. They will also remind her what day it is and what she has planned for that day checking the planner we have written out.

I am so impressed with the quality of care provided to me. I am treated with the utmost respect and dignity. All carers are kind and understanding. The management team is magnificent. If there is ever an issue, we discuss it immediately and it is resolved. I have had a few care agencies over the past
few years and My Homecare is by far the best!

My family would like to say thank you for the care and support you have given my dad in the short time we have known you: unfortunately, he was taken into hospital. All your staff have been trained to a high standard for they are genuinely impressive showing their patience, energy and support! He said it meant a lot to him and could ask for anything without feeling uneasy! Carers you should be proud and wishes only the best for you all.

I live far away, so travelling to put arrangements in place wasn’t possible for me. Correspondence with My Homecare was very clear. I was provided with all the details on assessment, fees and care set up in a timely manner. I was subsequently offered feedback which kept me very assured. Uncle has been pleased with the service he received from his carers. He said he had not realised how helpful this would prove to him.

I find the service excellent, the carers are considerate and thoughtful. I’ve developed a relationship with all of them and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. They all really help me and I feel that I am definately improving since they have been coming. My husband appreciates all their help too.
